Partnerships are available. Your organization has the opportunity to contribute to the success of this vibrant event.

If you would like to contribute as a partner and have not been recognised by us for the Japan Day 2024, please contact us before entering the stall application form.
I. Partnership Levels
Platinum Partnership : $30,000+GST
Exclusive: Limited to one company/organization.
Naming Rights: Your company's name will become an integral part of Japan Day 2024, prominently displayed in all public announcements and pre-event advertisements.
Visibility: Your company name and logo will occupy the prime position on our event poster, which will be showcased at the venue and in public areas across Auckland.
Acknowledgment: The Master of Ceremonies will introduce and acknowledge your company, and if applicable, your booth during the opening ceremony and between performances throughout the day.
Invitation: Your company representative will receive an invitation to attend the opening ceremony.
Exhibition Space: Enjoy up to six (6) sections of exhibition space.
Furniture: Upon request, we provide up to ten (10) tables and twenty (20) chairs at no extra cost.
Parking: Secure five (5) complimentary parking spots.
Video Footage: Your booth will be professionally filmed and edited, including event highlights, with full copyrights provided for your use.
Online Presence: Your company logo will be prominently featured on our website for an entire year, complete with a direct link.
This Platinum Partnership offers an exceptional opportunity to maximize your company's visibility and engagement at Japan Day 2024. Your support will not only contribute to the event's success but also create a lasting impact.
Gold Partnership : $12,000 + GST
Exclusive: Open to up to four (4) companies/organizations
Prominent Branding: Your company name and logo will be prominently featured on our event posters, which will be prominently displayed at the venue and in public areas across Auckland.
MC Acknowledgment: The Master of Ceremonies will introduce and acknowledge your company, including any booth, during the opening ceremony and between performances throughout the day.
VIP Invitation: Your company representative will receive an invitation to attend the grand opening ceremony.
Exhibition Space: Benefit from up to four (4) sections of exhibition space.
Furniture: On request, we provide up to eight (8) tables and sixteen (16) chairs at no additional cost.
Parking Privileges: Enjoy three (3) complimentary parking spots.
Online Presence: Your company logo will be prominently displayed on our website for a full year, complete with a direct link.
Silver Partnership : $5,000 + GST
Exclusive: Available to up to ten (10) companies/organizations
Prominent Branding: Your company name and logo will be displayed on our event posters, which will be exhibited at the venue and in public areas across Auckland.

Bronze Partnership : $2,000 + GST
Basic Branding: Your company name and logo will be featured on our event posters, displayed within the venue.
Exhibition Space: Includes up to two (2) sections of exhibition space.
Furniture: On request, we provide up to four (4) tables and six (6) chairs at no additional charge.
Parking: Includes one (1) complimentary parking space.
Online Presence: Your company logo will be displayed on our website for a full year, complete with a direct link.
These partnership levels offer diverse opportunities to align your organization with Japan Day 2024 and showcase your support for this extraordinary cultural event. Your participation will be highly valued and recognized throughout the event and beyond.
II. Other information
If you require additional information, please don't hesitate to contact one of our committee members via info@japanday.org.nz or visit www.japanday.org.nz. You may wish to discuss specific matters with the committee member responsible for your organization.
Please be aware that power points and other fixtures, such as black booth partitions, are provided.
Acceptance of partnerships is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each section measures 3m x 3m.
If you require extra space or additional tables and chairs, please coordinate with the committee member assigned to your organization.
Ensure that your company/organization logos are in high resolution (minimum 1MB jpg).
We reserve the right to cancel or decline video clips we find unsuitable for the general audience.
III. Conditions and Schedule
The Japan Day 2024 Committee reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to proceed with the event. In case of a cancellation, we shall terminate this partnership agreement and promptly refund the received partnership fee.
Partnership applications will be accepted from 1 November 2023 to 31 December 2023.
Kindly provide your official company/organization name and logo by 20 January 2024.
Please ensure that the agreed partnership fee is paid by 20 January 2024 (a GST tax invoice will be issued upon confirmation of your application).
Since your name and logo will be printed on posters and advertisements, no refunds will be available for cancellations made by you after 20 January 2024.
The final Japan Day poster featuring your name and logo will be printed and distributed by 31 January 2024.
Details of your display/booth/plan should be provided by 5 February 2024.
All dates mentioned in the items 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 are to be strictly followed to avoid unnecessary delays in our event procedure.
The setup of your displays/booths will take place on the morning of the event, Sunday, 25 February 2024.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline your partnership application or exhibition if we find your activities, displays, and/or products unsuitable for or against the spirit of Japan Day.
